What if you could learn to use fear to achieve your wildest dreams? Getting to know your fear and understanding what drives it can unlock the doors and catapult you into living your dreams.
Imagine being asked to do something exciting you’ve never done before.
At first you are filled with exhilaration and anticipation.
Then that little voice in your head starts working to bring you back to earth, reminding you of things like
What makes you think you can do that?
You don’t know anything about it.
What if you fail?
What will people think?
What you choose to do next will determine if you let your fears hold you back or if you use your fears to achieve your wildest dreams.
Understanding Your Thoughts

Those little voices you hear are designed to keep you safe. They come from the part of your brain that controls your fight, flight, or freeze response.
However, our brain doesn’t differentiate between true danger and simply facing a new situation. It always defaults to danger.
It’s important to listen to those little voices when you are truly in danger. But did you know it can also hold you back?
Life can get a little dull if you listen to it all the time. New adventures, changing jobs, meeting new people, going new places can also trigger that familiar fight, flight, or freeze response.
Achieve Your Wildest Dreams

The next time you notice those little voices working to keep you safe, stop and ask yourself if you are in immanent danger.
If you aren’t in danger, ask yourself if the thoughts you are having will hold you back. Are they just trying to keep you where you are, in a familiar and safe place? If that’s the case, do you really want to stay where you are?
In order to achieve new things, you will have to do new things. Replace those thought with ones that will excite and support you.
Accomplishing that would feel so great!
I can learn new things.
I’m not afraid to learn from my mistakes.
I am so proud of myself for trying something new.
Learning to recognize when your brain is using fear to keep you where you are, and replacing those fears with useful thoughts will offer you encouragement and teach you how to use fear to achieve your wildest dreams.
